Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Participants of any age may register. Participants under 18 years old require a parent or legal guardian to complete the guardian-consent step during registration and to accept these Terms and the liability waiver on the minor's behalf. We may refuse or cancel a registration that we reasonably believe contains false or misleading information.

2. Event Format

This is a virtual, self-paced running/walking challenge. There is no fixed start time or physical venue. You may complete your run or walk at any time and any location of your choosing within the event window (26–27 September 2026). We are not responsible for weather, terrain, traffic, or local conditions at your chosen location.

3. Registration & Fees

Registration requires payment of the listed fee, which covers a digital certificate, a finisher medal, and associated service and payment-processing charges. Fees are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. Your registration is confirmed only once payment is successfully captured and you have been assigned a bib number.

4. Refund Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable once a registration is confirmed, including in cases where a participant chooses not to take part, fails to submit proof of completion, does not qualify for a medal or certificate, or is disqualified for violating these Terms. If we cancel or indefinitely postpone an event in its entirety, we will, at our discretion, either issue a refund or offer a transfer to a future event.

5. Health Screening & Self-Declaration

During registration you complete a pre-participation health screening. By submitting answers indicating no disqualifying condition, you declare that information to be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. If your responses indicate a possible health risk, we may decline to process your registration and recommend you consult a doctor before participating. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date and for seeking medical advice appropriate to your condition.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Running and walking carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, exposure to weather and traffic, and risks arising from participating without direct supervision. By registering, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for assessing your own fitness to participate, choosing a safe route, following applicable traffic and safety laws, and stopping immediately if you feel unwell.
• The Challengers Club and 100Streak are not present at your location during your run/walk and cannot supervise, assist, or intervene in your participation.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release The Challengers Club, 100Streak, its organizers, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of or connected with your participation in the event.
• This waiver does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

7. Proof of Completion & Verification

To be eligible for a medal and/or certificate, you must submit proof of your activity (a screenshot from a fitness-tracking app, a shareable activity link, and/or a photo) within the timeframe communicated after the event. Submissions may be pre-screened by an automated tool (including AI-based image analysis) for a preliminary check only — this automated check is advisory and never final. All submissions are subject to manual review by our team, whose decision on medal and certificate eligibility is final. Incomplete, inconsistent, or unverifiable submissions may be rejected.

8. Certificates, Medals & Shipping

Digital certificates are issued electronically to the email address you registered with. Physical medals (and any other merchandise ordered) are shipped to the address provided during registration; shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party couriers, or for items undelivered due to an incorrect address supplied by the participant.

9. Media Consent

If you submit a photo as part of your registration or proof of completion, you grant The Challengers Club and 100Streak a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that photo on our website and social media channels (including Facebook and Instagram) for promotional purposes, with credit to your name where reasonably requested. You may request removal at any time by contacting us at the email below.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to submit fraudulent, falsified, or manipulated proof of completion, impersonate another participant, misuse another person's data, or attempt to interfere with the event platform's normal operation (including its registration, payment, or verification systems). We may disqualify a participant and withhold or revoke a medal/certificate for any violation of this section, without a refund.

11. Cancellation or Modification by the Organizer

We may modify event dates, format, or logistics, or cancel an event, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where reasonably possible we will notify registered participants of material changes by email.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to 100Streak and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent, other than for personal, non-commercial reference.

13. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Challengers Club and 100Streak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your registration or participation. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Challengers Cluband 100Streak from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your participation in the event.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or registration for future events after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
